After watching the Transformers by Michael Bay, have you ever wanted to see something even remotely similar to those gigantic computer-generated robots? Well, here’s something that’ll surprise you. A 60-year old Japanese engineer, Takahashi, built a giant beetle robot. (And no, the photo on the right is not the robot that he built. Gotcha! Didn’t I?) Photos and video after the jump.
This is easily one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while. I’ve always been amazed with Wall-E toys. I have actually thought about getting one but I simply have no place to put it.
