Amazon seems to have a finalized a release date of September 27, 2011 for Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Episodes I-VI) [Blu-ray] (For the UK, release is possibly on September 30, 2011). Since that day is a Tuesday, it could very well be the truth. If you collect DVD/Blu-ray movies, you’d know that new releases typically come out during Tuesdays. The complete Star Wars saga, aside from coming in 1080p high definition, will also feature “more than 30 hours of extensive special features (spanning across three discs) including never-before-seen deleted and alternate scenes, an exploration of the exclusive Star Wars archives, and much more.”

The Ghostbusters Double Feature Gift Set is set to be re-released and repackaged. This time without the commemorative book but with a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man figure with base, “ghoulish” playing cards, and gooey slime (if you are well-versed with Ghostbusters vocabulary, it can be referred to as ectoplasm).

This limited edition Blu-ray + DVD release of Pixar’s Up is scheduled to be released on November 10, 2009. It includes the Up combo pack which includes the Blu-ray and DVD version of the film, along with a digital copy. So you’re pretty much covered wherever you bring the disc to.
