According to the Nokia Philippines advertisement shown above, the Nokia E63 is also now available in full black color. The black Nokia E63 was first spotted at the Nokia Europe site.
I’ve noticed lots of people have been searching for Cignal Digital TV information these past few days so I decided to compile some information on their installation, equipment and monthly rates.

Cignal Digital TV is a new satellite TV broadcast provider in the Philippines. Rate is P390/month (roughly $8.25 USD) and installation fee along with equipment (set top box with remote, Cignal card, satellite dish and wiring) is P5,500 (roughly $115 USD). For that monthly rate, you get around 20 channels.
