Digg is rumored to be making its own has made its own toolbar to compete with StumbleUpon. It was first reported on Twitter. I believe most users have migrated to using StumbleUpon because of the ease of use of its toolbar. It is available on all sites via the browser’s toolbar and you can easily recommend sites to the world. You don’t have to go over to StumbleUpon.com itself in order to recommend a site to your friends. It offers you the features of the StumbleUpon site, without leaving the site that you are currently browsing, that’s what I call nifty!

Twitter is loaded with celebrities

Twitter
Twitter, a free social messaging utility, has certainly become a new medium for celebrities to connect with their fans and audience. Even the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, has a Twitter account. In my opinion, what makes Twitter different from Facebook and MySpace, is that updates from the celebrities are given in real time and you have the option to reply or comment to their updates (not that they will hopefully reply back to you, but some of them will).
