I have a question… the Tenda site is in Chinese, so it didn’t help much. I had to reformat my laptop, and I need to reinstall the adapter, but I can’t find the cd. Is there anything I can do? Thanks!

It’s simply a wireless USB adapter, kind of what laptops have integrated into themselves. It has an access point feature though I am not sure if it would work as some sort of “router” if you have internet connection sharing enabled on the particular PC where the device is connected.

I would very much take a look at Tenda’s router offerings if that’s what you really need.

I’ve been meaning to buy the product but I’m still unsure on what it really does. Is it just a wireless PCI card substitute that has better range or can I use it as a router of sorts?

My PC is directly connected to my ISP modem and I do not own a wireless router, can I use this device “as a router” for my laptop and ndsi?
