MKC International is now considered as the official Philippine distributor for SVS, The Sound Authority. Filipinos now have new choices when making a subwoofer purchase. SVS products were previously unavailable to Filipinos because of limited access and high shipping fees. The company is run by Mike C and his brother Mark.

Currently, Velodyne is probably the highest regarded brand in Philippine shores. But that might soon change with the arrival of SVS products in the Philippines. MKC International also works similar to SVS, it will be an internet-direct company albeit in a slightly different manner. Orders can probably be made by phone or the products being picked up because the Philippines is so much smaller than the United States. Products will officially be available sometime in June 2009. Meanwhile, Mike C is still taking orders for SVS products but with a 45 day wait time.
