Mike C has put up most of the prices for SVS subwoofers at MKC International. Some finishes on some models are yet to be priced. It is indicated whether the product is incoming, has ready stock(s) or if it is on order basis. No prices on the S series speaker line-up yet. The RadioShack 33-4050 SPL meter is also available through MKC International for P3,000.

Here’s a quick guide to the subwoofer naming convention of SVS (This information is not from SVS, just an educated guess on my part):

• The first letter indicates whether the subwoofer is ported or sealed. P indicates ported while S indicates sealed.
• The second letter indicates whether the subwoofer comes in a box or cylindrical form factor. B indicates boxed while C indicates cylindrical.
• The digits after the first two letters indicate the driver size of the subwoofer. 10 indicates 10-inch, 12 indicates 12-inch and 13 indicates 13-inch.
• The word after the dash (-) indicates what line-up the subwoofer comes from. NSD is entry-level, Plus is mid-level and Ultra is high-end.

The SVS PB10-NSD features a proprietary, SVS long-throw 10″ NSD woofer, 300 Watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier and frequency response of ±3dB from 20-100 Hz anechoic (in room extension will be 2-5 Hz deeper). It measures 15″ wide x 19″ high x 21″ deep and weighs 60 lbs. Philippine price for the SVS PB10-NSD is P32,000.

The SVS PB12-NSD features a SVS designed/built long-throw 12″ driver, 325 Watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier and frequency response of ±3dB 18Hz-200hz anechoic extension. It measures 18″ wide x 21″ high x 25″ deep and weighs 74 lbs. The PB12-NSD is the PB10-NSD’s bigger brother. Philippine price for the SVS PB12-NSD is P42,000.

The SVS SB12-Plus features a SVS designed/built custom Plus 12.3 woofer, 425 Watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier and frequency response of ±3dB 22Hz-150hz. It measures 14″ wide x 14″ high x 15″ deep and weighs 40 lbs. The SB12-Plus is currently the only sealed subwoofer offered by SVS. Philippine prices for the SVS SB12-Plus start at P42,000.

The SVS PB12-Plus features a SVS designed/built Plus 12.4 woofer, 525 watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier with single-band parametric equalizer and variable tuning of frequency response (25Hz, 20Hz, 16Hz or sealed). It measures 19″ wide x 21″ high x 25″ deep and weighs 127 lbs. Philippine prices for the SVS PB12-Plus start at P75,000.

The SVS PB13-Ultra features an exclusive SVS Ultra-13″ high-output woofer, 750 Watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier with room compensation and variable tuning of frequency response (20Hz, 15Hz, 10Hz or sealed). It measures 20.5″ wide x 22″ high x 27″ deep and weighs 155 lbs. Philippine prices for the SVS PB13-Ultra start at P93,000.

The SVS PC12-NSD features a custom-built SVS AL cone 12″ NSD woofer, 325 watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier and frequency response down to 17Hz or lower (depending on your room). It also features a down-firing design with integrated baseplate. It stands 35″ high with a 16″ diameter and weighs 59 lbs. Philippine price for the SVS PC12-NSD is P41,000.

The SVS PC13-Ultra features a SVS designed/built Ultra-13 woofer, 750 watt RMS built-in BASH amplifier with room compensation and variable tuning of frequency response (20Hz, 15Hz, 10Hz or sealed). It also features a down-firing design with integrated baseplate. It stands 46″ high with a 16″ diameter and weighs 90 lbs. Philippine price for the SVS PC13-Ultra is P87,000.
