T-Mobile myTouch 3G Running TeleNav GPS Navigator in Landscape Mode

The T-Mobile myTouch 3G is scheduled for release tomorrow, August 5th. TeleNav will be offering a free 30-day trial of their GPS Navigator software to those who will be purchasing the myTouch 3G.

The TeleNav GPS Navigator for the T-Mobile myTouch 3G turns the touchscreen Android-based smartphone into a full-fledged GPS device which can rival those made by Garmin or Magellan. The GPS software features on-screen and voice directions along with proactively search for traffic congestions in order to get you to your destination as quick as possible.

TeleNav’s software also includes a handy service which gets frequent gas listing updates within the area or the route you’re on.

“TeleNav GPS Navigator on the myTouch 3G turns the phone into a powerful GPS device,” said Sal Dhanani, TeleNav’s co-founder and executive director of marketing. “We invite all myTouch 3G customers to take advantage of the free trial and let us know what they think.”

To fire up your free 30-day trial of TeleNav GPS Navigator for the T-Mobile myTouch 3G, head on over to TeleNav’s website. After which, if you decide you want to continue TeleNav’s GPS service, it’ll run you $10 bucks a month.

Meanwhile, shown below is a video of how the TeleNav GPS Navigator works on the myTouch 3G in both landscape and portait mode.
