The Nokia N86 will reportedly feature an “active” kickstand. Active, meaning it will invoke a user-selected option when the kickstand is opened. You can either tell it to do nothing, go to photos, maps, message reader, e-mail, contacts, open the web application or music player.
Pretty nifty! It makes me wonder if Nokia N86 prospect buyers would be using the kickstand more because the kickstand is “active.” That kickstand sure does look fragile though. They should at least make it out of metal material so that it doesn’t easily snap off or break.
