Newsflash for all fans of Prison Break! Season 4 will be the final season for this TV show, the writers probably thought hard and long that they will not be able to come up with anymore good stuff for the show, seeing as how the past two seasons were holding up. The first season was truly great but clearly they’re running out of ideas for new stories. But it’s better that they close the series while it’s still getting good ratings rather than wait for it to suffer then suddenly axe it off the air.

Prison Break is slated to return on April 17th at 8PM EST with its 6 remaining episodes. There are rumors going around on whether Fox will air an additional 2 hour movie, similar to 24: Redemption, for proper closure of the series.
