The HTC Touch Pro2 is the one believed to inherit the HTC flagship throne from the HTC Touch HD. It actually looks similar to that of the Touch HD albeit with a slightly smaller 3.6-inch screen (the Touch HD has a 3.8-inch screen). It also features a WVGA (800 x 480) screen along with a QWERTY keyboard and other standard issue HTC Touch features.
The HTC Snap is briefly discussed here.
According to TMoNews, the HTC Snap and HTC Touch Pro2 are expected to be released in the US sometime in July 2009 under different codenames. T-Mobile usually renames things to preserve the continuity of previous handsets they’ve released under those codenames. The HTC Touch Pro2 will be known as the Rhodium or Wing II while the HTC Snap will be known as the Maple.
Tentative release dates for the HTC Snap and HTC Touch Pro2 on T-Mobile USA is July 1st and July 22nd respectively.
Update (June 6, 2009): It appears that the HTC Touch Pro2’s release has been bumped back to August 12, 2009 in order to make way for T-Mobile USA’s Android-based handset, the MyTouch 3G.
