Tag Heuer is a well-known maker of luxury Swiss watches. The company has recently penetrated the mobile phone scene last year with an ultra-expensive and Vertu-competing mobile phone, the Meridiist. The Meridiist’s price ranges from €3,400 ($4,620 USD) to €4,500 ($6,112 USD). The diamond-finished version costs €8,000 ($10,885 USD).
The phone features a 60 carat Sapphire crystal which protects the main QVGA (320 x 240) screen, secondary OLED screen, Bluetooth, 2 megapixel camera, and other basic mobile phone functionalities.
What sets this apart from other mobile phones you ask? The exclusivity that only a select few will ever own this phone. If you’re one for eye-dropping aesthetics and oozing wow factor, then make no second thoughts on getting this phone (That is if you can afford it)!
The newly launched website for the Meridiist does not list the complete specifications of the phone.
More photos and videos can be found on the official Tag Heuer Meridiist website.
