Nokia E75

The E75, Nokia’s alternative to the E71, is now available in the Philippines. According to the sales representative (Nokia Store, Fort Bonifacio) I talked to, the slide-out QWERTY phone has been available for roughly about a week.

Price of the Nokia E75 at Nokia Stores is pegged at P25,800 (approximately $525 USD). Its slim, candybar-form factored brother the E71 is still available and can be fetched for P20,890 (approximately $425 USD). Units bought from Nokia Stores and Nokia Authorized Resellers are entitled to a one-year Nokia Care Warranty.

The Nokia E75 in the Philippines doesn’t have the Copper Yellow color option, only Silver/Black and Red are available. As for the Nokia E71, it is said to be available in Black Steel, Grey Steel, White Steel and Red Steel.

If you like the E71, but your hands or fingers simply don’t feel comfortable on the crammed up QWERTY keyboard, then the E75 might be a good alternative since they essentially have the same features plus the latter is loaded with Feature Pack 2 of Symbian’s Series 60 3rd Edition.
