As was stated yesterday, Nokia is looking to release its flagship product for 2009, the N97, on a worldwide scale. Pre-order period for the Philippines is on June 16-18, 2009, as indicated on the photo above.

But there’s something missing regarding the pre-order, the price. Since it’s selling for $699 at Nokia USA. My guess is that it will cost somewhere between P35,000 ($730 USD) to P40,000 ($833 USD). I’ll try calling up Nokia Stores later to find out if they have any idea on the price.

Oh, and you get a chance to win a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router (Model WRT54G2) if you pre-order a Nokia N97.

Update (June 9, 2009): I called up the Nokia Store along Tomas Morato and they said that they have no idea of the pricing but they will send me a SMS once there are units and pricing are available. I figure it’s still somewhere close to P40,000 though.

Update (June 19, 2009): Pre-order price of the Nokia N97 is said to be P34,000. If you’re one of the lucky winners to be selected for the Linksys Wireless-G Router, both devices will be shipped/delivered to you for free! Pre-order price is valid until today, June 19, 2009.
