
The first official photo of the BlackBerry 9700 (also known as the BlackBerry Onyx) has come out in the open! It’s reportedly headed for T-Mobile (as indicated by the branding) sometime in November and will be the carrier’s first 3G-capable BlackBerry handset.

A RIM executive, according to Jason Wilk of TinyComb, confirmed that the smartphone company is indeed working on and has been looking into integrating a front-facing camera onto upcoming models of BlackBerrys for 2010. Even RIM’s latest smartphone, the BlackBerry Tour, doesn’t have a front-facing camera.
